To compare apple with apple, the loan amount is needed.

The question is fairly irrelevant.

Today I received several unconditional loan approvals.

One has an interest rate of 5.05%. Another has an interest rate of 4.79%. Both are variable and I'm fairly confident that you'd have trouble getting a better deal elsewhere (including the online lenders).

The difference in interest rate is simply attributed to the circumstances of the two applicants involved; they're worlds apart on their financial positions and their requirements.

I was with Suncorp before and changed to ANZ. is 4.81% for new customers and do we need to have loan more than million.

My LVR is 80% and below for all the properties. Full doc loan.

Please advise.

500K IO for 10 years.

Original interest rate was 6.58% in Aug 2011. Since the loan is RBA rate linked, all interest rate cuts were passed in full.

That was excellent rate, I think you have the best rate out there. I have spoken to loans.com.au. They have rates at 4.49% . I will definitely look into it.

Could I please ask what's the value of the loan? Also, I assume LVR is <80%?

By the way just to share with the group, Citibank is currently running an offer of 4.79% for LVR<80% and loan >$500K.
