I normally just use the tax return as my normal income... It is a good idea to use it as a reward ;-)

What's a tax return ??

Haven't paid any income tax for years now, so it's a bit unrealistic to expect them to "give any back".

I decided when starting out playing this property game to contribute to society in the form of stamp duty instead.

I got my Income Tax variation absolutely spot on this year, and have ended up with a tax return of $120.

I'm going to put it on red.

Hoping for at least 5K, which will pay off last years debt and the balance is to go towards a Hawaiian holiday. After all it cant be all work and no play says the girl that got home from Thailand yesterday!!!
