Other than price, what's the difference between Dolf de Roos' Real Estate Acquisition Program (REAP) and PIA?

Dear Toyo

It's Australian!

As far as I understand it (correct me if I;m wrong) Dolf deRoos is an ExPat and REAP allows you to select the location (i.e. it is also designed for Australia).

I have PIA and I've seen REAP (brother in-law has it). The only differences I can see is the price and the fact that you have access to the developer and user base right here. Other than that they provide the same information.

Yeah, other than price I couldn't see much difference either. According to Dolf's people, below are the differences.

Seems a lot of extra price for not much more functionality.

REAP offers the following that PIA did not:

You have a choice on how to enter rental income, (weekly, monthly, annually).

You may import photos of the property and have them displayed and printed on the reports.

You may choose between US/AU/NZ/Canada currency.

It provides CASH on CASH return information.

With REAP you can also input the property value compared to the actual acquisition price, a very important factor.
