Not sure what the point of this question is bit ours is average of 375 over 3 properties - yield is 5.3%

Going to try and nudge that up to 6% with the next two purchases, then subdivide the first few which should get us about 15 cashflow positive.

Might just repeat the same process after that - if we can be bothered...

ok got it, yields do not provide income to support lifestyle, as you have increased debt
