Do most hold investments in their own state or have you spread yourselves further including interstate or overseas

Ppl invest in units / houses in CBD's , small country towns, mining towns, commercial, inner city car parks etc etc.
And they do it on high incomes, on low incomes and on no incomes.
They buy & hold, they buy, reno & hold, they trick & flick, they develop, they buy new, they buy established, they buy OTP......

We are all a diverse lot.

I think the point was to see the IPs' locations relative to the investors' locations.

Eg. I live in Brisbane and all 4 of my IPs are in inner Brisbane, whereas other people who live in Brisbane might only invest in Sydney, etc.
