Spoke to a local agent at E!ders Toonie with a lot of experience in the areas being discussed in this thread.

He reckons within 3 years properties will be selling for a million plus in these areas - I take it this is for established homes - which are mostly very old.

I think with Parramatta's development, this is inevitable.
