We have recently bought a house that a developer needed off his sight for a steal. A 5 bed, 2 bathroom in nice condition. So at that price we jumped in and thought we could so well and get land to put it on. My husband is a builder and his mate has a truck business so they will flat pack it and move it to a block that we buy.
But we are atruggling to find an appropriate block! Hoping to spend less then 200k on land, so we've been looking out Healsville and warburton way, and all over really. Hoping to get a house in a 'rural living' or 'residential' zone for council permits to be easy. The block needs to be accessible by truck too.
Also hoping to find a block that will be valued much higher with a 5 & 2 on it!!
We can go higher then $200k but max would be $300k and it would have to be worth more at re-val time.
Any suggestions? Anyone selling any land?
