Just need a quick help with deciding between two properties. Around same price, but one clad and other brick veneer. Which one would buy if in my place:

158 hill end road, doonside (brick veneer on 557 Sqm)
OR
195 Richmond road marayong.(clad on 588 sqm)

Which property did you put an offer on?

Are you feeling like you made the wrong choice and thus want positive feedback on your offer?

In my not so expert opinion the Hill End Rd property is better as its not on a major road. Having bought on a Major Rd I know that it has bad tenant problems.

I have very little local knowledge of the area, however I would take the one not on a main road first any day.

Clad on main rd vs brick on suburban st. Def go hill end unless main road prop offers some major pro eg development or commercial
