Plus the $100 odd for the first level water use. That gets paid by the landlord (me).

320 +320 equals 640 per annum for access and an estimated $200 per annum for the cost of the water itself.
That is $840 per year for water in a property (strata titled unit) that only rents for around 10,000 per year.
thats 8.4% of the rent gone.
