Read the criteria in the second paragraph, and consider if there's another prominent country that fits the description. Maybe add a collapsing currency as another similarity.

1. It was reported today that :

" WASHINGTON, (AFP) - - The IMF unveiled two new members of a growing band of countries set to receive its help in the financial crisis, announcing a 16.5-billion-dollar loan for Ukraine and a "substantial" package for Hungary.

The deals, made public by IMF director Dominique Strauss-Kahn Sunday, followed a 2.1-billion-dollar loan to Iceland on Friday and came amid appeals for assistance from other countries, including Belarus and Pakistan.
