Who knows a good solicitor in Melb ?

I've read many posts seeking direction to good accountants, loan brokers, managers, etc but I can't recall any for solicitors.

I value this forum's collective opinion, so can anyone point me in the direction of a good, person-able solicitor in Melbourne. I'm currently in Japan, thus someone who does respond to emails befor e the moon completes another cycle would be a major criteria for me.

Secondly I wish to start a family trust, so naturally a good deal of experience in this area would be essential.

Please give some comments as to why you would recommend them.

Can't help you with the solicitor, but Dale can set you up with a trust. Very good, flexible trust deed, IMHO.
