Who Pays?

People, I am having trouble understanding the Who Pays graphic section, specifically the "Remainder (you)" column.

I would have asumed to derive this value I would perform the following calculation,

(Interest Cost + Rental Expenses + Total Cost) - (Rent + Tax Credit) = Remainder (You)

The above calculation derives the correct value for the first year but seems to be off by a few hundred dollars every year after?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the feedback. The formula was correct, but its implementation for later years contained a small glitch which has now been fixed in the latest maintenance edition.
