who prepares the Section 32 for sale?

Hi all

I'm selling a house without an agent. When I get an offer, who should prepare the Section 32?

Is there somewhere I can download a standard contract? Or type one up?

A solicitor may take a week to 10 days to prepare the S32, so unless you're expecting it to take a long time to sell, it's probably something that you want to start sooner rather than later.
