I keep seeing houses with granny flats advertised as "duel" income. Maybe they fight??

I note the agent is of non English speaking origin. Being married to somebody from another country I've become used to unusual turns of phrase.

"It must be hot outside. You're swearing!".

Or the email- from her boss
"A round of applause to everybody who helped make a successful weekend"
Reply: "But you're the one who deserves the clap".
