Whenever I make a post I get a message saying my post will be checked by a moderator to be approved before it's published. What is the reason for this? Is it because I'm posting from overseas using a proxy? The country I'm in doesn't allow me free internet use so I must use a proxy to access the world wide web.

Just FYI - the anti-spam tools we use base their criteria for placing posts into "moderation" automatically, based on a number of criteria.
One of the criteria used is likely to be the recent history of the IP address you are posting from in relation to spam activity, so if you use an anonymiser and the IP you are proxying through has been used to spam in the past, the system will likely pick up on that and consider you more likely to be a spammer.
We can train the system to understand false positives, so hopefully it will become less of a problem for you over time.
