Will it annoy tenant privacy?

I want Quantity Surveyor to access the property for tax depreciation schedule (Ideally prior 30 June). However, I have just got tenant moved in last week. If wonder if Quantity Surveyor inspection will make tenants annoyed due to privacy distrub.

What are your ideas?

Probably. Although isn't this something you should ask your tenants?

It also might count as one of your allowable inspections for the year (I think that's a thing in Vic?).

I cant see the problem, if i was the tenant it wouldnt bother me, why not ask them?

Its not intrusive. Doesn't take long. They will walk about and focus on fittings + finish. Photo's of "walls" really. Some notes. No reason to touch things and open cupboards, drawers etc.

You might discuss with QS and they may accept the photo's tenants take if its done correctly.
