Unfortunately many of these people have made good plans but placed there trust in the wrong advisors.

Also something for IP investors to consider, the risks of a pure Capital growth strategy over the short to medium term. Real falls in property prices have occurred in other countries, it could happen in Australia.

HI AL

Property price falls have occured in Oz and will again. The median price of Sydney property fell from around 2oo k in 1991 to about 175 in 1993.

That did not happen to me in Sydney where my house actually went up in =line with inflation though 1990 to 93. BB
