I have for sale a 2 bedroom Unit in the city of Wollongong. I'll try to put as much detail on here as I can- all that I can remember!!
Price: $195K
Currently tenanted, but I haven't put the rent up for 8 years! The median rental price in Wollongong is 200 bucks. The current tenants are great and have been there for about 2 years.
The Unit is about 35 years old and is in good (original) condition. It's on the bottom floor of the block. It's 50m2. It gets a huge amount of sun and has some ocean views- it's built up nice and high. The Unit has polished floorboards in v. good condition.
The Unit has a designated parking spot immediately outside it- park your car right outside the door!
The Unit is close to the hospital, buses, schools etc- it is right in the centre of town in Crown Street (the main street of Wollongong).
As you'd be aware, Wollongong had something like a 20% increase last year alone. It's almost impossible to get a 2-bed Unit under 200K there. I'm selling because I'm investing elsewhere right now and wouldn't mind some cash to splash around.
