worried trust fund

I have recently set up a superannuation self trust deed which we have received two registered copies from our accountant. One registered copy has now gone missing in the mail when our settlement agency sent it back in the mail (not registered). Should we be concerned that a copy has gone missing in the mail???? We are worried the trust deeds may get in the wrong hands. Not sure what to do as we still retain our one and only copy. Any advise would be much appreciated as I don't know how valuable these trust deed documents are.

hi simscity
no I wouldn't be worried.
you can get copies its the appointer of the trust who ever that is just gets a copy the trust is of no use to anyone.
a trust is just a legal basic agreement its the person that or thing that owns the trust that has the power over the trust.
so for me no the loss of a trust doc is not that important.
