Would anyone buy on a railway line?

Timber houses make it cheaper. There is only the concrete slab on the shed and the concrete posts on the house.

Option 1 is to get a guy who strips it and sells off the parts in a demo yard.
Option 2 is crunching it with an 20t excavator.

Guy I use for Option 2 has a big claw on the front of his machine and it crushes it up nice and small to go into the truck so you have less loads going to the tip.

Maybe Perth is a rip off then as my house is similar and the cheapest quote I got was significantly more than that!
