I never really understand how bank value fire damaged property ? comparison valuation ? or just the land value ?


can this kind of property lend up to 90% LVR ?

land value I guess and really if you went to auction that is probably all you would want to pay.

i would want it for much less than land value as u arent buying just land, u are buying something that you have to pay to demolish in order to get the land. and that house isnt worth salvaging. asbestos fibro sheeting on the outside... tiny house. no wonder the previous owner set it on fire.
