The reason im not buying it is i cannot stand renovating.Completly over it.The only reason i posted this is someone on here may want to have a go,and possibly make a $$$$$.Of course there is a reason its cheap.............it needs work.Your other comments??...well move with the times,or get left behind.

My wife and I did a 3 day expedition through those areas some years back; looking to find some cheap, cashflow places.

Plenty available at that time, but the picture we saw was a region in decline; there was not a good feeling about the property management aspect in some places either.

It looked a bit too hard; having to relocate to reno, maybe a problem getting tenants and management thereafter; not for us.

Doesn't mean don't do it; but have your eyes open.
