Hi

This is a special limited announcement to introduce you to the services of Wrap Finance.

Some time ago you were kind enough to fill in a survey giving us a better understanding of the individual preferences of wrap investors around Australia. This was part of our ongoing quest to introduce a ‘wrap friendly’ financing solution to the Australian marketplace.

After many months of persistence and lender/mortgage insurer education we are able to claim partial success in this quest.

If you are still interested in finding a convenient financing solution we invite you to check out our website at www.wrapfinance.com.au.

While there is still work to be done in getting Mortgage Insurers to accept 100% of current and projected wrap income and introducing acceptably termed 30 year fixed rates etc… we can guarantee that the funder is 100% happy with the Wrap concept (to the point where our contact person is thinking of starting them himself).

Our product offering ranges from variable to 1-10 year fixed and no doc. Interest rates are all competitive to the market.

If you already have an existing relationship with a financier and things are going well, we suggest you leave things as they are (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it). If however, finance is something of a stumbling point in your wrapping plans, we would love to be of assistance. We see ourselves as partners with you in your wrapping business, mutually benefiting from each-others success. We will continue to push changes and bring about innovations that make wrapping easier and improve your cash on cash returns.

So next time you are struggling with finance, check out our website (www.wrapfinance.com.au) and get in contact, we look forward to helping you convert your dreams into reality.

Kind regards

Wrap Finance

PS. Very Important: This step forward is very exciting and also in very high demand. We are only in the early stages of a scheduled role out, designed to ensure our smooth operations and efficient service. We would very much appreciate you keeping this information to yourself at present and especially not mentioning us on web forums etc… for the moment.

To those that dont really understand wraps, I have a free report that may be of interest.

As well as explaining the wrap process, it also outlines a new wrap kit that just been released on the Aust market.

The report is a bit long for the forum, so just email me, and I will send it to you.

Thanks for the free report.
Not that much in the way of explanatory information on wraps, but a great motivational text on why one would like to sign up for a particular course on the subject! (if that's your cup of tea...)
