WRAP on a land

Are there any wrappers out there who have done wrap deals successfully?

Is it possible to wrap a piece of land, and arrange for a builder type home to be built on it for the person who wants to buy it, but cant get finance?

I mean, i have a land, and I can ask him to choose a builder and home that he likes. Will this work?

Yes it can be done and I have done it on several ocassions.

Constructing on the land can be difficult and the instalment would need to contain several clauses relating to this.
