Or alternatively a Copy of a "standard' Qld. WRAP Contract.

Not sure who has prepared a wrap sales contract in Qld, (I did have one someone prepared but it seemed a bit lacking in a few places). This question has been asked before though, so check the archives! There are some active wrappers in Qld.
There are a LOT of differences between the contracts used in different states. LOTS! Also, conveyancing laws and practice vary from state to state...
Please tread carefully here.
If you're going to make a go of the business of wrapping then be aware that you've got to get your legal documents and systems set up properly. There is (probably in most cases largely unjustified) a negative opinion growing against wraps - particularly with the various state and territory fair trading offices...so make sure everything is kosher before you start.
Whilst it may cost a bit to begin with, you can amortise the cost across many future deals.
There's quite an extensive article on wrapping in the current Australian Property Investors magazine- worth checking out. Rick Otton and Steve McKnight have both been interviewed for it.
