WTD: Townplanner Northside Brisbane

I'm looking for a town planner and would appreciate any suggestions that other members have used for the Northside of Brisbane - Pine Rivers, Caboolture, Redliffe areas.

Has anyone used this mob before Town Plan Assist at Kippa Ring?

40% site cover and height depends on where it fits within the map in figures Figures 5.12, 5.13, 5.14, 5.15, and 5.16.
Setbacks etc all look fairly standard for this 6metres front 3 metres from secondary road. 1.5m side setback up to 8.5m and then add .5m for every 3m above that.

Entrances oriented to the street, breaks in fencss every 5m all the usual fun stuff
