How quickly the wheel turns, it would seem the above post is already out of date
I just used them to list my townhouse for rent on realestate.com and the other sites ($130). I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them. I showed three people the property the following day, got an application straight away and had an approved tenant after just 3 days, ready to move in the day after I move out. 90% of enquiries came from realestate.com, I think it's really worth doing to find a quality tenant faster. The process was hassle-free, simple and they responded right away to my emails and calls. I'm not involved with them in any way, but they get my thumbs up.
