Hello, purchased nice IP in Wynnum about 12 months ago for $288k 500 metres from the water. Comparible property next street over is on the market currently for 429k. What I like about Wynnum is it's proximity to the Port of Brisbane and the rapidly growing business precinct will drive demand in this area, and it's alot cheaper than Manly right next door.
