We had are own cat lady in Perth, Inglewood, hoarding and collecting cats, rubbish outside on the verge. Council was involved for years due to ongoing complaints, smells etc etc
Council got an order to demolish the house, I think it got demolished 2 years ago now.

We bought a property similar to this...except the cat poop.
There was more garbage..only a pathway thru the apt.
She couldn't even sleep on her bed, so had a space cleared off, in the lounge.

Budgie bird lived there with the tenant. the bottom of the cage was full with seed/shells.
We evicted her asap.
