Your advice on Bld for IP

I think I will go with T Scheer for Landlord protection
There is no flood protection though.

For the LL building insurance, again there is no protection against flood, in case?? there is no history, but in case.

I have not read about somersoftforumers taking LL Bld insurance with Terri. The excesses are low, don't know I need more comparison

How about Real insurance?

What are yours for Bld? thank you
