couple of question if I may.
1. do you get first home owners grnt if you buy the relocatable home but you don't on the land.
2. who or which bank will lend on a finished relocatable home and bear in mind that I could be wrong in calling them relocatable home as they are fixed and perminent just the land is rented so not sure of the true name at this stage .
3. and if dome one can pm me if you are within the business to give me a cost price to build one not a retail or sales price but the cost price for a 80sq 3br house so normal house.

Looking at moving a mobile home onto my land which is currently 30km away.
The cost of the complexer who takes apart and puts back together with new
piers all up the cost is about 16 grand and this does not include connections
council fees extended crane charges ect ec, so if you find a reasonable priced
mobile home the moving costs are the killer.
Doesn't make it worth it when you can possible build a new kithome for the
same costs.
