Could anyone recommend a couple PM's in the LNS area?
Have a 3/2/2 unit in Cremorne but have been having challenges securing a tenant that stays beyond a year for the past couple years - various reasons.
Just want to speak to a few reputable ones to see how the rental market is doing there? (If my place needs to be brought up to standard, then will need to do that too)
