Recently a large land sub-division opportunity comes up in Logan City Council. I would partner with a friend for this project.
The land is over 20,000 sqm with small lot zoning. So in theory it can be divided into a lot of small blocks. But I have never done this before so any help will be appreciated.
I know the first step is to contact a town planner.
Please recommend good town planner in Logan City Council.
