I've read through a lot of the threads. I can see a bit of discussion and negative and positive comments about Narangba and Sprinfield lakes, but wondering what people thought ? I was up there last week looking at properties and am thinking of making an offer on one I saw in Springfield lakes Brandon new one, but a friend told me Narangba is the future city.
The strategy is buy and hold for the next 10 years.
