The floor plate is repeated till the pent house is uncounted.
Cost of apartments increase gradually until the podium is reached , ( big jump at that point )
After that increases go up per level ( so do the levies & body cooperate costs).
The lower units are usually the most cost affective.
This tends to give a % yield greater than others in the complex.
