Trust Structures for IPs and Shares

Some accountants will supply you with MGS deeds, others may not. I'd assume if yours does not, he/she should be able to get one any way if you want that one.

I use a Chan & Naylor Property Investor Trust

I use a Maquarie Group Service (MGS) HDT

I use a normal Discretionary Trust

I use another trust structure not mentioned above

I don't use trusts, but I plan to use them in future
