Reasonable and sane solicitor

Hi everyone
While looking for the first IP I have to read sections 32 and some other papers from time to time. Dont mind doing it at all (it is part of the jorney anyway) but sometimes have questions which need to be clarified. Can somebody recommend a solicitor easy-to-work-with in Melbourne please?

I am very happy with http://www.lawyersrealestate.com.au. Peter Mericka there has helped me in the past and Leonie Tonkin is great. The paperwork is always on time, nothing is left unattended, very professional, all the questions answered and they make sure you understand the contract/section 32/etc completely. They are based in Melbourne but work over the internet/fax/phone, I doubt you will ever need to pay then a visit.
