Cars and satelite dish, but the shops have no ice

We were amazed at Isle de pines that we could get no Ice (glace) and the shops seemed so primative considering the houses had satalite dish and the locals drove nice cars.

We could get Ice cream and beer, just nothing to keep them cold.
