Brisbane City Council are now offering all rate payers a Water-Wise device which can be installed in most dishwashers, greatly reduing water consumption.
Rate payers may apply to council, who will supply the water saving device free of charge.
The device not only reduces water consumption during the wash cycle, but is actually most effective when the dishes are NOT pre-rinsed at all.
