Of the three units in my triplex, this was the worst at the time I purchased it. It needed a lot of work, having had 3 years of drug dealers living in it prior to when I took it on. It was renting for $240 per week and now rents for $350. The kitchen needed:
1. A clean [ with a bomb preferably, but disinfectant had to do ;-) ]
2. A new stove to replace the old one [in which there had been a fire and festering god-knows-what that was gag-worthy!] These ones are great value and have good tenant appeal.
3. Laminate paint on the cupboards and new handles.
4. Then I redid the flooring through the entire unit and it finished off the kitchen nicely.
