Hi I have to agree with Philip Webb in Mitcham. I have had several properties with them for about 8 years and have been impressed with them compared to other agents I use. They have a lot of property managers there but the one i use and am really quite happy with is Ryan.

hi carumble going through the same in croydon north today. 1st agent $290-310 2nd agent $310-330 3rd agent $350-375. 1st two had the same rates while 3rd was 1% higher with $350 advertising fee but did give a rental garantee after 3 weeks at 350 pw. will watch for replies with interest
