I'm not worried about the state as long as it can hold a few animals so not just a dirt block. As in isolated I wouldn't mind if I was hours from anyone.

Does anyone know of any places in Australia for sale under 40k hopefully over 20 acres. I'm not worried if its in the bush. Just isolated for privacy. It doesn't need power or water as it will be a holiday retreat for myself.

Hi I was going to buy a undervalued house in Brisbane suburbs somewhere that needed a fair bit of work and go to town on it over the next year. Is there some sort of loan that can be worked into the home loan for renovations? I was going to completely over hall it and sell it in a few years...

Its for an 18 year old in just researching for him. And how would you propose the best way to increase credit history is. My little bro wants to get a good enough credit history for a loan in 12 months.
