My unit does not have body corp, and my property manager says I need public liability for the shared driveway. The Landlord insurance companies I talked to do not have such a policy. Is this something that you need to buy separately from a different company? Thanks

She passed away and was the sole owner. Now I'm aware changing would involve costs. If that property is rented out, would the rental income be divided and become each individual personal income? Are there alternatives?

My mum left a property in her will to the children and husband (pensioner). We are now contemplating to rent the unit (in Victoria) out. What is the suitable entity (if required) for this situation? Thanks in advance.
