20% of the market share in WA (wait a while) is Bankwest so 1 in 5 are with them and most are happy to/want to remain. May not have a choice now. Like most things me thinks there is more to this decision than meets the eye?

The BOQ calculator is a shocker when it come to serviceability and is akin to ANZ from my experience to date. They have a niche in the 95%+ full cap of LMI that suits some.

I think it is akin to Russian roulette on whether you get the right mentor or not. Even if they are average you will still learn a lot in 2 years. I have had 4 different mentors and the best ones I have found here on Somersoft. I have no formal agreement with any one I just read their posts...

No it does not. It can be cancelled at anytime. Banks are pessimists.

Could be genetic as that's a fairly impressive dead-lift and they work legs but not like squats.
