Remeber the original purpose for the loan was for a PPoR. Whether he moves money into our out of his Offset account, that doen't change the purpose of the loan. When he pulls money of out his offset account he's not borrowing more money, he's just paying more interest on his original...

If I did put in 20% I know I'm going to want 10% back out between 6-12 months and with BW's 'no exit fees' on that product I know that would ease a refinance.
