I too am in the same boat.
The blind leading the blind isn't always necessarily that bad. I mean we're educated people who strive to make a difference - we're already taken that next step by being here in this forum.

Mind you - Its a small team - i deal directly with their owners who runs the PM side of things. Its nowhere the size of McGrath and one of the reasons why i chose it..

Wondering if possible to jump into the same deal if you are happy with their services?

If we go through brokers, does the banks take that into consideration when reducing interest rates?

This thread has gone off topic or that i didn't specify myself clearly.
I was hoping to see if we can band members together to move services to a single PM. I don't necessarily have multiple IPs in the same location so hence the question.

Can't find something in the fairtrading act or any australian links.
it seems it is common that if you supply it and without any details within the contract, the landlord may be liable for its upkeep.
If it was never provided, the landlord is not bound by law.

I have a really old dryer which i know would probably fail sooner or later.
I have said this machine is optional within the unit.
Can i ask if it is law, that it’s the landlords responsibility to give the tenants a means to dry their clothing. This can either be a clothes line or a dryer?
