You make a great point. If you look at how much easier, or much quicker it was to pay off a loan back 20-30 years ago, you'd probably see that house prices tend to rise higher/quicker than wages do. But this would probably be due to factors such as overseas investment, and how the bank leands...

Well i know its not the tenants fault. The globes should last longer, and before the tenants moved in the globes had been playing up. But I was wondering if we are able to claim it under the builders warrenty. Ill check the contract for that. Thank you
