Chelsea Heights - Unit

Hi,

I was looking at a unit in Chelsea. Its an older 3br unit. It needs a reno. But its selling for about the same as 2br units, that recently sold, that had renos done.

My Questions are, what is Chelsea Heights like, to live and as an investment?

And, what limitations do you have for a unit, as appose to a house?

vacancy rates are not too bad?
