    End of an Era

Wow, amazing news. Thanks Jan and Ian for supporting this site for as long as you have. I joined in 2006 after not being satisfied with the quality and breadth of information and knowledge presented on another property forum, and haven't been anywhere else since. Making it read only and still...

Bank requires a fully signed contract to get full approval

I guess since I'm trying to aim for 90%+ lend, this might be the mortgage insurers requirement too...

Bank requires a fully signed contract to get full approval

So do banks usually need a fully signed contract? I've sent them the 'signed by me' contract. :) Or is this approved as much as it can be (effectively full approval) and it's now just policy and paperwork?

Bank requires a fully signed contract to get full approval

Vendor's solicitor in NSW doesn't want a cooling off period, but in order to get full finance approval I need a fully signed contract. My offer was subject to finance, so I'm using "Way 2" of Propertunitie's buying post :D. In this case we've got the contract from the agent, not the vendor's...

Hi all, I sold the only asset (a propertyt) that was in my HDT (with corporate trustee) last October. I'm not looking at keeping this trust around going forward, so is it relatively simple to wind up or do I absolutely have to involve my accountant? From research, shouldn't it just be a...

    Brookwater, QLD?

Nice to see you made the effort! Blocks are on community title, and landscaping plans have to be approved by the Brookwater Development Panel. No open brick or pine fences, strict covenants, and so on. Which stage is your mum in?

What's a 6sqm storage garage in Brisbane CBD worth to rent?

Yeah, even a golf buggy wouldn't be able to get in. Just imagine about 50 of these storage units on the ground floor of an apartment building, without about a 1.5m wide corridor to walk through to get in/out of the storage.
