    actually did try to ask if the sellers would take a private offer. before I could even complete the sentence, the agent cut me off at "would the sellers con....", with a straight "no". thought he misheard me and he said no again. So I guess the owners are very confident on the market.

    Me and my partner is looking at this property at the moment, seems to be one of the few places we can agree on. It'll be PPOR and not a FHB, we don't have a family yet nor are we planning to in the next few years. The exact same townhouse next door auctioned off for $1.175M last year around...
